Pentek’s family of dustless Roto-Peen Scaler tools can now be equipped with traditional flaps, the more aggressive Star Cutter hub, or our new Cushioned Abrasive Wheel. The ability to accommodate three forms of accepted, effective coatings removal, decontamination and surface finishing media provides versatility not previously available.  And the Cushioned Abrasive Wheel operates with the same high standards of dust control built into all Pentek dustless power tool and VAC-PAC^® system combinations.

Available media now includes:

·  40 to 320 Grit Aluminum oxide & zirconia alumina coated abrasive belts

·  3M^® Scotch-Brite^®  and other non-woven abrasive belts

Selection of media type, wheel speed, contact height, and applied pressure offer new levels of protection against unwanted abrasion on sensitive surfaces.
